The Science Of Mantra Meditation
Ancient sacred Mantras carry very powerful vibratory frequencies that when put into effect and chanted alter the subtle and physical bodies. There are 84 meridian points on the roof of the mouth, when mantras are chanted the tongue stimulates these meridians and activates the hypothalamus, causing the pineal gland to secrete. When the pineal gland begins to secrete it produces a pulsation on the pituitary and causes the entire molecular structure of a person to carry the recored vibratory frequency of the mantra within their entire being.
